Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti believes that Manchester City has outperformed his team in everything and deserves to qualify for the Champions League final.
"It's easy... Manchester City were better than us from start to finish," Ancelotti said after the match to BN Sports.
He added, "Manchester City took advantage of the chances in the first half and we tried in the second half, but this was impossible. They were better than us and deserved to win."
He continued, "The time is not appropriate to talk about what was said in the past. Very sad because of the loss, and we must look at the next season in the Champions League."
When asked about the record as the coach with the most matches in the Champions League, he said: "I am not very happy about this. Sometimes we win and lose too, and I try to learn from the loss."
