Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti believes that Manchester City's equalizer against his team is incorrect.

Manchester City returned from Spain, with a draw with Real Madrid, with a goal for each team, in the first leg of the Champions League semi-finals.

"For me, the ball went out before De Bruyne scored the Manchester City goal," Ancelotti said on BN Sports.

He added, "The referee told me that they asked the video and told them the ball did not come out, but I do not know the truth."

And he continued, "We managed the match well and suffered in the first half, and when we advanced in the result, we started playing well, and in the second half the result could have been completely different and we could have won."

He continued, "We will have a great desire for the return match, and the team presented a distinguished level, and I am very satisfied."

And he stressed, "We have to achieve the return, and it is possible to pass to the final through a tie and go to penalty kicks."

And he concluded his remarks, "We did not suffer much in the match, we controlled the game well and had great energy."

The match that took place between the two teams at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium ended in a draw, so that the finalist for the Champions League final was postponed to the return match next week at the Etihad Stadium.

Real Madrid advanced through Vinicius Junior in the first half, and Manchester City equalized with Kevin De Bruyne's goal in the second half.
