Leeds United, the English Premier League football club, announced today, Tuesday, the signing of Spanish goalkeeper Joel Robles on a free transfer deal.
The 32-year-old goalkeeper, who left Real Betis after the end of the 2021-2022 season, signed a one-year contract with the English club.
"There are very special fans here and a very good team and I think this is a good option for me to continue to improve," Robles said.
Robles is Leeds' eighth deal in the summer transfer window and will compete with Ian Millier and Christopher Clayson for goalkeeper Jesse Marsh's team.
