Serbian Filip Kostic, Eintracht Francourt's player, arrived in Turin, in preparation for joining Juventus.
Juventus and Eintracht Frankfurt reached an agreement to sign the Serbian this summer.
The player is undergoing a medical examination on Thursday morning.
According to the Italian "Sky Sport" network, Juventus beat West Ham and will include the left wing for a fee ranging between 17-18 million euros, in addition to incentives.
Frankfurt lost the match against Real Madrid in the European Super Cup on Wednesday without the Serbian, who was not in the list of the European champions, according to the German club.
Sky also indicated that, after completing the deal, Juventus will focus on the inclusion of a midfielder, with the departure of French Adrian Rabiot approaching.
Kostic will become the seventh Serbian to wear the Bianconeri shirt, and the second in the team after his compatriot Dusan Vlahovic.
The 29-year-old Serbian started his career at the Serbian club Radinzeki until 2012 and moved to Dutch Groningen and spent two years.
Then he started his career in Germany, wearing the shirts of Stuttgart and Hamburg, and arriving in Frankfurt.
With Eintracht, he played 171 matches in all competitions, scoring 33 goals and making 64.
He was crowned last season with the European League title and the first in the club's history, and was also chosen as the best player in the last edition of the competition.
He was in the perfect formation for the European League seasons 2018-19 and 2021-22, and also won the award for the most assisted player in last season's edition.
He was also in the perfect formation of the German League for the 2019-2020 season.
Failed transfer
The Serbian was close to moving to Lazio last season.
The German club gave its Italian counterpart a wrong email address, and the Italian team was unable to resolve the deal.
And Vali Ramdani, the player's agent, discovered that Frankfurt had sent a wrong email to Lazio, telling the player that the Italian capital club was not interested in the deal.
Ramadani sent Kostic a photo of the official Lazio presentation, which did not arrive in Frankfurt.
The player turned his anger on the club's management and refused to participate in the confrontation with Armenia Bielefeld, which ended in a 1-1 draw in the German League at the time, but he participated with the team normally until the end of the season and crowned the European League title.
