A list of the heavy penalties and fines that Aston Villa coach Steven Gerrard has imposed on his players has been leaked.
Gerrard, who has been coaching Aston Villa since last November, wants to impose commitment and discipline within the English club.
And Gerrard developed a list of fines, according to the "Daily Mail", including attendance at training dates and behavior on and off the field.
And the British newspaper pointed out that Gerrard put in 200 pounds for every minute delay for the team training and 50 pounds for forgetting to bring a birthday cake.
The fines also included a £100 fine for leaving cutlery on the table, as well as a ban on certain food items such as tomato ketchup.
And reports stressed that Gerrard forces any player who receives a red card to incur an invitation to the entire team for a meal within 4 weeks.
Gerrard led Aston Villa in 28 games last season, winning 10, drawing 5 and losing 13 games
