Cristiano Ronaldo: 5 Possible destinations for the next season

Cristiano Ronaldo 5 Possible destinations for the next season

European clubs are 'on alert" to sign the Portagalise legend Cristiano Ronaldo, after confirmed reports stating his desire to leave Manchester United.

Several clubs, given June reports, are considered the closest to signing the Portaagalise star Cristiano Ronaldo in case of leaving Manchester. Other clubs may enter the competition to sign him.

Dream of an American

The Atheltic revealed, last week, a secret meeting between Chelsea's new owner, the American billionaire Todd Boyle and Ronaldo's agent Georgie Mendez.

After buying Chelsea from the  Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich, the new owner, and a group of investors, have big plans for the club.

After restructuring Chelsea's administration, Boyle starts to build the team by hiring superstars. And the first candidate is Cristiano Ronaldo, who will fill the void after the departure of the  Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku.

The most appropriate adventure

A Few weeks ago, reports from Spanish newspapers stated the desire of Bayern Munich to sign the Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo before the clubs' sports manager made a statement to address the situation.

Bayern Munich's sporting director, Hasan Salihamidzic spoke to Sky Sports and denied any news that link the team to Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Times now suggests That Bayern Munich may consider signing Cristiano Ronaldo in case Robert Lewandowski leaves the Bavarian club.

But Bayern Munich will not take any step forward signing Cristiano, before resolving Lewisowski's issue.

Moving to Bayern Munich is the most logical choice for Ronaldo. As the team is among the strongest in Europe, the dream of winning the Champions League one last time is more likely to happen in Bayern Munich.

Juventus betrayal

The newspaper referred to Mendes' contact with the Serie A runner-up, Inter Milan, which has an attacking style under Simone Inzaghi.

Ronaldo might return for the last adventure in Italy and participate in the Champion League. But he will be considered a "traitor" among fans of the Inter classic rival, Inter Milan.

Weirdest Transition

The strangest move could also be a move to Paris Saint-Germain, where he will play alongside  Lionel Messi, which will be a historic step.

So far, Paris Saint-Germain hasn't shown any interest in Ronaldo, despite being the most capable among the previously mentioned clubs to afford Ronaldo's huge salary.

Having Ronaldo with Messi will be a big marketing victory for the club, which always seeks big names, even at the expense of coaches' opinions.

Going to square one

In earlier statements, the Portuguese star expresses his desire to play with his first team, Sporting Lisbon, one day: to finish, there, his career.

Despite being unlikely to happen now, Cristiano Ronaldo's return to Portugal may be a possible option, especially since the player is 37 years old.
