After several months of Barcelona's attempts to sign Brazilian Raphinha, the Leeds United winger, to replace Frenchman Osman Dembele, it seems that these attempts will fail.

According to the same sources, Leeds United does not know anything about Barcelona's interest, and the Spanish club has not made any official offer so far to sign Raphinha, despite the Blaugrana's keen interest in the player.
With Arsenal moving fast, the Gunners are already in the lead in the race to sign the Brazilian winger, and if all goes well, Raphinha will be an Arsenal player.
Leeds United are asking for 50 million euros in exchange for giving up Barcelona, a figure Barcelona were not willing to pay from the start.
Barcelona had mainly relied on Leeds United's relegation to the English Premier League "Championship" in order to complete the contract with Raphinha for 25 million euros, but the survival of the "Eland Road" team in the English Premier League spoiled the "Blaugrana" plans.
And if Barcelona does not make an offer as soon as possible, Leeds United and Rafinha will decide to go in the same direction, and if nothing new happens, the Brazilian will sign with Arsenal.
